Kling Metaverse: Trying to Bring Active Income for the Underpaid

The pandemic has continued to plague many countries across the world, forcing companies into taking drastic measures, such as pay cuts or laying off workers, to mitigate the effects of the virus on their balance sheets.

This has left many people unemployed and devastated as they hunt for legitimate ways to generate income to meet up with their daily expenses.

Although cryptocurrency trading helped many during the peak of the pandemic, not too many people were able to raise capital to get started.

But earlier this year, play-to-earn (P2E) gaming became a popular way to earn income in the crypto space. Since then, P2E projects like Kling.Finance are being launched with the motive of helping unemployed and underpaid individuals meet up with their financial demands without much hassle.

Meet the KlingMetaverse

KlingMetaverse is a platform being developed by Kling.Finance trying to empower unemployed and underpaid people around the world. The team behind the project understands how difficult it is to survive in the current economy that has been ravaged by the pandemic and has decided to offer play-to-earn games to generate income for gamers.

Although KlingMetaverse is still under development, the platform plans to reward players with KLING, which is the native cryptocurrency of the ecosystem. This way, individuals who are unemployed or underpaid at their various places of work might be able to earn passive income.

Users are required to spend from 90 to 120 minutes daily by participating in human-based activities such as walking, driving, thumb-inking to increase their earnings. The more idle time a player spends on the platform, the more rewards they earn.

The team intends to be among the first of its kind to digitize human activities on Blockchain through Gamefi, bringing forth a new age of “Optionality to Human Digital Acts.”

To do so, the project is also developing Idlemine – a Gamefi play-to-earn platform that’s designed to allow users to participate and earn through games that revolve around human-based activities such as the ones mentioned above. Initially, there will be two activities – walking and thumb-inking, and they will help users gain more tokens by completing some challenges that revolve around them.

The KLING Token

Like many crypto projects, Kling.Finance will be launching its native utility token dubbed KLING.  Aside from the token being used to reward gamers for playing the P2E games, other use cases, such as giving holders the right to vote for important decisions relating to the project, will be announced in the near future.

Although the token is yet to be officially launched, users can get whitelisted as early supporters to win free airdrops of up to 100,000 KLING. Interested parties are required to subscribe with their email address to qualify for the airdrop.
